Ability to centrally manage WP installations

As a developer I would like to be able to view a central list of all the WP installations on the entire server and be able to manage them individually or in bulk.

Things I would like to manage in bulk would be:
- turning on/off auto updates for plugins/themes/wp core
- turning on/off takeover wp-cron
- installing/uninstalling plugins
- etc

It would be nice to be able to see a list of all the plugins installed on the server and inspect one to see the sites it is installed on a version numbers - useful for screening for a vulnerable plugin that needs to be updated.
