There should be a way to provide DDoS protection on to a website hosted on spanel so that we don't need to get external DDoS protection or proxy any network.

Do you have any suggestions for the kind of DDoS protection you would like to see available?

like using an external ddos protection say aws or just using servers network for ddos protection

The easiest solution here would be to activate CloudFlare for the attacked website and set the security settings in Cloudflare to the "I'm under attack". Cloudflare is integrated in SPanel and you may manage the security settings from SPanel as well.

According to VLAD, CloudFlare is the best option for managing DDOS attacks. However, I disagree. Handling DDOS attacks is the responsibility of the control panel. It is the sole responsibility of your server provider to address DDOS attacks. If they fail to do so, then you can use CloudFlare, which is already integrated into the sPanel GUI.
