Add Compression Option for Backups

I’d like to suggest adding an option in the backup system to compress files (e.g., .tar.gz) before storing them. Currently, the way backups are handled can quickly fill up the backup drive and use a lot of unnecessary space.

Having the option to automatically compress website files and databases during the backup process would help reduce storage usage significantly and make backup management more efficient for server owners.
