Add "To:" field to email filtering

I would like the "To" field added as one of the options for email filtering. At the moment, it's just "From:" or "Any header" etc but not the "To:" field.

I have a habit of giving specific email addresses to specific companies (eg [email protected]) rather than a single email address for everything.

That way if the address is compromised and I get spam, I can just block that specific destination (versus blocking by sender address which means repeatedly blocking new spammers who've taken the address from a data broker). If I block by "To" address, I can stop any compromised address from reaching me (and send it back with a Fail).

At present I am using the "Any Header" option but it would be preferable to set it to "To:" specifically.
