Add option to 'Actions' button in email admin panel that will output a mobileconfig file for ease of setting up email accounts on iPhone

Option would scrape the email account info and plug it into a script that outputs a mobileconfig file.  The config file would set up the email account on mobile device.  Currently, there is only an option to view the config settings requiring manual input on the mobile device.
