Add some 'help text' or 'tooltips' to SPanel

Currently there is no (or almost no) 'help' available when working with SPanel, even on more complicated functions such as the DNS Editor.

I would like to request either links to help documents, or clickable 'i' (information) icons, or floating tooltips.

Benefits for users: More certainty when making changes, no need to contact Support

Benefits for ScalaHosting: No need to keep answering the same questions from users (time and money saved!)

For example, I just wanted to use the Firewall to block a range of IP addresses.  It does not say you can enter a range under "IPv4 Address", but I tried entering:

52.230.152.0/24

... and it was accepted, and it appeared to be working.  But then after 15 minutes, the hacker/site scanner was back, downloading hundreds of pages from my website.

So I had to contact Support and ask various questions in an exchange consisting of several messages:

"Do ranges of IP addresses work?"

Related: "How do I block a range of IP addresses?"

"How long does a block last?"

"How can I make a block '(PERMBLOCK)'?"

"How long does a PERMBLOCK last?"

All of these questions, as well as several minutes of my time (and confusion), and several minutes of Maria's time could have been saved if there was just a little 'help' on that page 🙂
