Allow CSS Branding Changes

Hi,

If we're going to use Spanel we would love to be able to apply CSS changes to sPanel to allow the control panel to match the branding on our billing system/branding.

I'd imagine if I made changes to the CSS now this would be overridden when the updater is run so being able to override CSS changes would be amazing.

Please consider this suggestion. Its not that hard to make ( I believe) ,but will add a lot to the already great panel...
