Allow SSH by Default

I think a toggle within SSH to allow SSH by default.

Say If I've got a customer who has their own server. Allowing them to have SSH enabled by default as a user preference would good.

Each time you create an account you've then got go to SSH and allow them! A small change but it's ease of use!

Hi James,

Thanks for another good idea. It may be better to include that as an option in the packages so that all accounts created with specific package will also have ssh access.
