Allow for subdomain to be created for Accounts that have subdomains as main domains

Subdomain function should allow creation of 2nd level subdomain if a subdomain is used as the main domain of an account

It is actually an error that we can't create a second level subdomain of a subdomain, since neither Apache nor the DNS has that limitation.
