Allow subusers access via SSH

Hey there! I want my employees to be able to SSH into the server for work. Because sub-users can't access the server via SSH, everyone is stuck doing one of two things: either share the same SSH user (the username of a given account in SPanel) thereby muddying up the logs, or else attempt to hack our way through by setting up Linux users on the server outside of SPanel and SSH in that way, which would also probably muddy up the logs.

Am I missing something (would love to learn), or is SPanel designed without dev teams in mind?
