Email reaching spam folder is not really related to control panel. Is more related to the reputation of the IP and content of emails you send. And if you say about the incoming ones, then it might be a wrong DNS setting ( SPF, or DMARC records )
SPanel configures all of the necessary DNS records for proper email authentication - SPF. DKIM and DMARC. There isn't much more SPanel can do in this regard.
