Being able to whitelist URLs with Mod_SEC from the Spanel

There are a lot of support requests due to MOD_SEC blocking urls, especially when running API endpoints.

Having the possibility to whitelist URLs directly from the admin panel(to have an overview of all the whitelisted VPS URLS), would be fantastic.
