Blank/Design/Template pages

Hello,
now have a possibility to add Skeleton Template but work only for new account pages (don't work for new domain or subdomains in same account) - it will be nice to use Skeleton Template and these case.

Тhe templates must be extended to have a possibility a mange/create custom different pages, like:

• Default page (new account, domain, subdomain and etc.)
• Suspend page (for suspended accounts)
• Error pages (4xx, 5xx and etc)
• Account move (like in WHM)
• Connection selection (like in WHM)
• Other
