Blocked ip's

The ability to see and unblock ip's from the panel and the reason for them being blacklisted.
My customers have a tendency to mess up login credentials resulting in ip bans and me getting heat from them for not being able to log in.
It would be a lot more efficient if i could resolve this my self instead of going through the support + you save $  (less support man hours)
