Database backups temp dump files NOT occupying disk space in customer's VPS
Open Discussion
As a website owner/developer I would appreciate if database backups temp dump files DID NOT occupy disk space in customer's VPS. This is specially important for VPS which have large databases, because those temp files can be quite large, and as the backup is implemented right now the owner of the VPS has to take into account the temp files size otherwise the hd max limit can be reached during the generation of those files (leading to VPS crashes/hanging/etc...).

Hello, Jorge!
Creating a dump of a database locally on the server may be needed for several reasons including backups. It is a very good idea to have that free space available on the server to allow for a normal functioning of the services and the server itself.
