Deferred email

The option deferred email limit per hour option is necessary to protect the domain and ip from getting black listed in many other systems. The option is available in cpanel while making packages. Please add this option as soon as possible. Facing the need of this option greatly as i recently faced this defer mail problem greatly, which has blocked my clients domain and the whole server ip address blacklisted in google gmail server. As a result emails are landing in gmail spam folder.
