Email Control Features

Hello,

I would like to add some features to control users emails

1. Ability to stop outgoing (or) incoming for specific email user.

2. Add email policies features like in Microsoft Exchange 365; Some controls ideas

- Restrict specific or all users from sending emails to outside the company's domain name or to specific domains only.

- Restrict specific or all users from receiving emails outside the company's domains or from specific domains only.

- Allow some users to not send any emails without specific someone to approve them first.
