Email Defer After few failed attempts

Many times users get hacked and their emails are being used to send spam. I faced this recently and it would be nice to have a feature that if a particular account sends 5 bounced email within a span of 1 hr then that account emails will be frozen for 24 hrs or amount which is set by admin. This will reduce spam and make sure that users take good care of their passwords. As they will manually have to contact admin to unblock their emailing if they want to get it sorted before 24hrs.


Recently one of my users account was hacked and it was used for mass mailing. This caused IP to be blacklisted and now all mails are landing in spam. if only I had a feature to block the account automatically when account received 5 bounce back mails then this wouldn't have happened.

The current feature of limiting number of emails per hour does nothing and wont solve the issue.
