Email Link for First Time Logins

As an admin user I want to be able to send email account setup links to other email accounts so that those people can set up their own SPanel based account and password. 

CPanel allows for first time users to receive an email link so that passwords can be set by them personally, yet SPanel does not. Please could we have a generated link for first time account holders to set their own passwords so that there is less of a security risk for the person setting up the accounts.
