Email blacklists (RBL)

I think it would be important for all of us to be able to easily add RBLs - https://multirbl.valli.org/list/ - to EXIM.

Unfortunately, many users cannot afford to use MailExperts and other alternatives, but they can prevent a lot of SPAM being sent to the accounts they have hosted on their servers.

I have some of these RBLs installed in Cpanel and they reject a lot of garbage, and sometimes, one email by another, namely newsletters are also rejected, but this is a very small percentage, such as Hubspot newsletters.

I use the Exim RBL in cPanel and it's helping a lot to reject spam, I think this is important to have it with SPanel
in addition of the following :

- Blacklisted SMTP IP addresses

- Blocked Domains

- Blocked Countries

- Trusted mail users

- Trusted SMTP IP addresses

- Sender verification bypass IP addresses

in conclusion, the same Exim Configuration manager as cPanel
