Enhanced Control Over Outgoing Emails for Remote Teams

As the number of freelancers and remote employees grows globally, it's becoming increasingly important to manage and monitor their email activity, especially during their initial interactions with the company. It would be fantastic to have the ability to set specific limits on the number of outgoing emails per email, whether on add-on domains or the primary domain.

For instance:

  • User@ABC.com could be restricted to sending a maximum of 50 emails per day.
  • User@XYZ.com could be limited to 25 emails per day.

This feature would help companies mitigate risks associated with onboarding new team members, as it’s challenging to evaluate their intentions, particularly when they have access to sales emails across the globe.


I was not sure if I had to select "email" or "Spanel Admin Interface" or "Spanel User Interface"  from the drop down menu as the request is for all 3 categories.

Hi Ben. Thank you for the nice suggestions. That functionality is available in the API and we will be implementing those features in the SPanel graphic interface in the next couple of months. Hope that is acceptable for you.

Thanks so much for the update! It's a fantastic news that this will help so much companies with remote workers!

Your support contacted me about the update and I have asked them to set 1 acocunt with a limit to trial the feature this week.

I noticed a minor issue in this request panel, by the way. When a user first loads the featured requests pages, they see the oldest requests instead of the newest ones (the pagination is reversed). This can be problematic for users having posted a lot of feature requests over the years like me, ahahah :)  .
