Favicon, site title and customization options

Hello,

The site title in Spanel hosting user accounts includes the phrase "All in one platform". It also doesn't have a favicon. There should be an option where we can set this.

In addition, it would be great to be able to customize the color and layout of the hosting panel. For example, we can add a box to the sidebar (under the help box) in user accounts. We can post promotions or announcements in these boxes.
