Improved Webmail User Interface

The webmail currently does not allow email footer to be formatted and especially in the footer (colour, style, size). The REPLY function appends the email being sent out to the bottom which is incorrect! The user should be able to save several formatted footers and reuse them. It should keet source formatting whenever a document is copied from elsewhere, table formatting should be allowed or ever to place data into a box and able to format it. The email is currently too generic and have no user control over it.
