Improved email filter

As a domain owner and website owner I would like to have emails sent from address A (any address) to address B (on my server) forwarded to address C IF and ONLY IF their body contains the world FAIL. I would also like the message to go to address B. The current mail forwarding options are very very limited and not very useful to me.

Yes, granular email account-level filters are needed. I didn't realise how much I needed it until it was gone.
