Make Scheduled external FTP backups an option per customer.

I came from Plesk.  It was easy there to just setup a scheduled incremental backup and store it on an external FTP.
Not having this functionality really kills it for me.  Now I will need to manually set backups from the command line.
I would love to be able to control backups through FTP, not just SSH,  plus the idea that we can create a schedule backup per customer, for me it's much more logical.
This will avoid the server having long periods of high activity.

In my case, my customers have very big sites,  (33GB on average) so you can imagine that doing a "server backup"  every day is massive and could take several hours.  So, on Plesk what I did is create scheduled backups per customer at different times.

This solves 2 issues:

- Not having the server doing a massive backup for long periods of time.

- Not having to wait a lot to restore a backup since I only need to restore it from the specific customer that requested it.
