Need Immunify support

Recently I faced malicious attack on my server so I feel to have any antivirus to scan all my sites but there is no option available with Spanel. Had a discussion with your support team regarding the same but they told me immunify is not yet supported. Kindly let me know if we can have immunify support in spanel.

Does SPanel not have SShield? Or is it a ScalaHosting exclusive?
