Managing multiple tickets associated with a specific Spanel account can be quite challenging, especially when dealing with solutions like supervisor settings, SSH commands, and more. It becomes cumbersome to track all of this information externally.
Introducing a new feature, such as "Support Notes," within each Spanel would be immensely helpful. This feature would enable us to add notes related to support responses, commands executed, and other relevant information, effectively reducing the burden on your support team.
Ideally, this feature would consist of a user-friendly interface allowing super admins exclusive access. Within this interface, we could create blocks containing a "Title," "Content," and the script would show the "Updated At" timestamp. Importantly, this functionality should remain hidden from clients to prevent accidental data deletion and to ensure that certain sensitive commands, which could potentially disrupt the VPS, remain confidential.
This enhancement would greatly streamline the support processes and enhance our ability to manage and document critical information.
