Notification when the average load per minute is over 95%

When the average load per minute is over 95%, send a notification email.

If there is a hacker attack, the VPS owner will immediately understand and call the support to block the IP that is causing the load.

To be able to start and stop this option.

This has been implemented. The SPanel admin will be notified
automatically if the CPU usage is too high and the server requires an
upgrade.

We still not notified automatically if the CPU usage is too high , what is the problem ?!

The CPU utilization is monitored and if it is higher than normal for any day, you will receive a notification about it via email.
