Receiving an email or sms when a server service is down

I just had an issue on one of the VPS where my emails were not checked via IMAP for 4 days because the pop3 & IMAP service on the VPS was down. I had no warnings of the issue from the SPANEL and the problem caused a lot of email problems for many accounts at once.
Having a service down notification(SMS, EMAIL) would be fantastic.
Having the possibility to set the email or phone notification number would be great so we can monitor many of our client's accounts from a single point of notification.

This has been implemented. The SPanel admin will be notified
automatically if the CPU usage is too high and the server requires an
upgrade.
No because the cause for an error 500 may be a coding error too. We implemented a website monitoring feature which will catch that. You can look at the monitoring options via the SPanel User Interface -> Domains -> Actions -> Monitoring. We're working on improving that feature by adding monitoring for TTFB, page size, broken links and more :)

The text validation is fantastic.
I absolutely love it, it will help us so much with unecessary calls when something goes down as we will know it before the clients.
