Request for Disk Space Monitoring Feature in SPANEL

I am writing on behalf of the team to discuss a valuable addition to SPANEL that could greatly enhance our system monitoring capabilities.

As our system infrastructure continues to grow, it has become increasingly important to closely manage our resources, particularly disk space. With this in mind, we propose the implementation of a new feature in SPANEL that allows us to analyze account disk space changes over different time frames, such as the last 24 hours, 48 hours, one week, and one month.

The benefits of such a feature are numerous. By being able to identify which specific accounts have experienced significant changes in disk space usage within the specified time periods, we can gain valuable insights into the root causes of any unexpected disk space shortages. This knowledge is essential for proactive management and allocation of resources, ultimately leading to smoother operations and improved system performance.

Here's a brief overview of how this feature could work:

•           Time Frame Selection: Users can select the desired time frame for analysis, such as the last 24 hours, 48 hours, one week, or one month.

•           Account Disk Space Changes: The feature will provide a clear breakdown of which accounts have experienced notable changes in disk space usage during the chosen time frame. This breakdown will enable us to pinpoint accounts that are contributing the most to the changes.

•           Alerts and Notifications: In situations where disk space is running low, we can quickly identify the accounts responsible for the change and take appropriate action to address the issue. This feature will greatly aid in efficient resource management and timely problem resolution.

Implementing this feature aligns well with our ongoing efforts to enhance the monitoring and management capabilities of SPANEL.
