Request for Failed Form Submission Logging Feature

Hi,

I’ve received multiple complaints from users reporting that they submitted a form, but it either failed or did not go through. This often happens during background updates or for other unknown reasons. While most of the time the form submissions are successful and we receive the queries, there are occasions when submissions fail completely.

This results in a loss of potential business, which is neither acceptable nor sustainable.

I’ve contacted the support team a few times regarding this issue, and they mentioned that such a feature is currently not available. They suggested I raise the request here.

Therefore, I would like to strongly recommend implementing a feature that logs only failed form submissions. As admins, receiving notifications or logs of failed submissions would allow us to follow up manually and ensure no business opportunity is missed.

I sincerely hope this issue will be taken seriously and addressed at the earliest.
