For a reseller using Scalahostings Managed VPS hosting, its absolutely critical to know BEFORE a server resources has reached a critical level, and the reseller clients websites become slow or even stop loading. For this we need server monitoring of CPU and RAM, with the option to set whatever threshold me as the reseller prefere.

If for example I set the CPU threshold to 70% and RAM threshold to 75%, I should get an email notification, so I can take nessesary action before this become a problem for my clients.

Currently with no server monitoring I feel uptime and website speed for my reseller clients are a gamble with my business reputation. A gamble which may lead to negative reviews on Trustpilot.

Additionally as a business idea for Scala hosting, there could be a feature the reseller can enable which automatically upgrade CPU or RAM if the resources are reaching the threshold.
