I believe that it would be important to create a Spanel community, where all users can share questions, ideas, tutorials, among others, even if it is a simple forum where we can all participate and learn from each other, as you say: The Cloud Democracy Project

I imagine a simple forum, with a few categories.

For example on MyBB or SMF or something like that.

With just 3 votes, I don't see much interest. Also, in my opinion, this system here achieves pretty much the same.
