Streamline the setup of Email forwarders for multiple email addresses

Can the setup process for email forwarders be improved for the scenario where one email forwards to multiple emails (probably the most common scenario).  Now when a email forwarder is needed for 20 email addresses, for example, the forward has to be manually created and entered 20 times.  If the email forward could be created and then email addresses either added individually under that forward once or more preferable would be an import/export from csv file.
