Website speed pinger should be hosted on the same Spanel instance

Hello,

I've noticed that the pinger tool you added to the Spanel doesn't work when the Cloudflare Bot Shield is active.

Would it be possible to provide an IP address in that pinger area that we can whitelist to allow the ping tool to pass through Cloudflare? Or perhaps a list of IPs?
