allow the renewal of let's encrypt certificate for websites behind cloudflare

Hello

currently Let's Encrypt cannot be installed or renewed when a website uses cloudflare.   other hosting providers (for example my previous  hosting provider - knownhost.com) have been allowing  this for many years. 

I've been asking for this feature for years through support chat and email, but nothing is happening, so I'll try with this request
