auto-scale CPU, RAM limit in case of sudden spike (Bursting)

In addition to current CPU, RAM, IO limit feature it would be great if we can extend that and can allocate auto scaling in case of sudden traffic spike. Cloudlinux is actually working on this feature and it will be available to all cloudlinux users in near future!

Use case: let's say user expects the traffic only when they do paid marketing campaigns or they have a new discount program running for 5 days every two weeks or so, then their website gets bombarded by traffic and current allocated resources aren't enough for them so what auto-scale does is, it scales resources within defined limit, ex. CPU will scale from 50% to 150% when constant CPU utilization is 50% for 5 minutes, and it cools down to 50% again when load is below 45% for 5 minutes and so on!

I hope i did explain it well.
