i want you impelement paypal on spanel.io

I have two issues with placing an order on the Spanel platform:

1. The PayPal payment option is not available.
2. When I place an order, it only shows the managed Spanel licenses. I want both self-managed Spanel and managed Spanel licenses to be displayed.

Please fix these issues and ensure that both options are available for selection during the order placement process.
