security lock with directory exclusion

security lock is awesome, but we need to exclude some directories.
if I turned on security lock, cache directory will be locked and cache will not work.
but if i turn off security lock, cache directory could be vulnerable.

so I need to exclude some directories from security lock.
that would be awesome!
