Geolocation Blocking for SpamAssassin

I am a website owner who would like to be able to block emails from numerous country codes. Blocking each unwanted domain source through SmamAssassin alone is time consuming. Many of the unwanted domains share a number of country codes from which I never receive wanted email. Being able to block individual country codes would be very helpful.

I found another discussion on the benefits of enabling Exim RBL on S-Panel. This might be a good way to go.
